Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food: The primary responsibility of a Cook is to prepare and cook a variety of dishes following standardized recipes.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment: Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is clean and sanitized to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Maintain inventory of supplies: Keeping track of inventory and communicating with management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Follow food safety regulations: Adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines to prevent the risk of foodborne illnesses.
- Assist with menu planning: Collaborating with the team to plan menus based on seasonal availability and customer preferences.
